Maps as Artwork


I have had a soft spot for maps displayed in the home as artwork for quite some time now. I am loving these few that were posted over at Pattern People.

My personal favorite, a paper cut map of NYC from Famille Summerbelle




Several years ago I framed a Cavallini map from their decorative wrapping paper collection for my sister to use as inexpensive art in her apartment.

    The colors are fantastic! I actually have one that is similar color scheme from Cavillini covering a magnetic board above my desk that I use for inspirational images.
