I wish that as adults we all still viewed Valentine’s Day through the eyes of a child.
It is a celebration of love; love for family, friends, yourself and yes if you are lucky, love for someone special to you. Rather then seeing it as a reason to purchase or receive expensive jewelry and the right flowers, I propose we all try to see Valentine’s as a celebration of everyone we love and appreciate having in our lives.
I am looking forward to cooking dinner, drinking a little bubbly, and catching up with my favorite ladies this Valentine's Day.
